DATE PLANTATION
If you want to visit a date plantation you can contact one of the hotels or tour companies. They can arrange a trip for you, as individually it is not easy to obtain access to a date farm. The Khatt Dates Factory occasionally accepts organized groups for a visit into its factory. You can also ask a farmer if you can enter the farm, but never do that without the permission.

OSTRICH FARM
An ostrich farm is situated in Digdaga. If you are interested in paying a visit you should contact one of the hotels or tour companies. You can also see ostriches from the street.
