Indian cuisine is very popular in Ras Al Khaimah. The ties between Arabic countries and India are undeniable, and the food is one example of that. Arabic cuisine is strongly influenced by the Indian way of preparing food; nevertheless, Indian food is also present on its own. With the continually growing amount of expatriates from India, the demand for good Indian cuisine is high; this comes together with a guaranteed quality and originality of dishes served. Indian cuisine, with its never-ending menu of foods from South and North India, offers a rich experience of taste and colour. Diversity and the range of dishes will satisfy everyone. The amazing taste of Indian food comes largely from various spices: coriander, cardamom, turmeric, cinnamon, cumin and ginger just to mention a few.
