Enthusiasts of motor racing and go karting will not have a problem finding the right place in the UAE for practicing their driving skills or simply observe others. Ras Al Khaimah has a racing club but there are also many facilities available in the other emirates.
RAK Racing Club - closed Location: Digdaga, Airport Rd Phone: 07 2462666, All car and motorcycle lovers in Ras Al Khaimah know this club. The races take place in the Awafi Desert and the climax is the annual Awafi Festival. ____________________________ RAK Motor Rally Web: www.emsf.ae RAK Motor Rally is organized by the Emirates Motor Sport Federation and is held annually in January. In 2009 11 teams participated in this 10km rally.
