TRANSPORTATION IN RAS AL KHAIMAH
Many airlines operate in the United Arab Emirates, and even though there are not many that serve Ras Al Khaimah, you can easily reach this emirate from neighbouring cities. Other possibilities, although less popular are to arrive by road or boat.
Getting around Ras Al Khaimah and the UAE is relatively easy; distances are small, roads are of good quality, and the network is well developed. The only possible drawback is a lack of well-organized public transportation within the Emirate. This problem can be solved by using the services of taxis, by renting/leasing a car or by buying your own vehicle. Lack of detail road maps can also cause some problems for those who wish to visit more remote areas.
